Day 14: Self-Care and Nutrition


Sometimes you need to just stop and take time away from everything. Not only feeling burned out physically and emotionally, I also noticed a lot of my unhealthy food cravings had come back. I got some help to determine what it is my body was missing and I’m adding in new foods. Over a month later and I’m still loving my green smoothies with wheat grass powder, greens, avocado, and fruit.
